Rachel Noonan, Mdes

Rachel is a 10-year film industry professional, published writer, researcher, and jury member of the Canada Media Fund. She has a Masters of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation and has consulted for the Canadian Radio and Telecommunications commission; mapping the digital media business landscape and provided intelligence about the future of the film and TV industry. Most recently, Rachel lead Audience Development for TIFF over three years; developing their in-house research practice, building increased interdepartmental planning frameworks and diversifying audiences with holistic organizational change in partnership with key leaders,

Rachel has worked with high priority youth for over ten years, supporting Covenant House with training initiatives and communication plans and has been on the marketing and communications committee for Eva's place, a youth shelter and network for six years.

She works with artists, data scientists and other amazing thinkers on a project basis, ensuring the right team with the best knowledge base are informing the work.
